Things just did not go his way after that, at Aintree he was left at the start, and at Punchestown he was found to have an infected tooth on his return. He is not back yet as he has been allowed time to get over his operation to remove the tooth. We are excited about him going hurdling this season.

For the fourth season running he won first time out – this time over fences at Plumpton. He just missed out on the big bonus when finishing 2nd in the Sunalliance Chase at the Cheltenham Festival. He is now on a handicap mark of 149 over fences. He will start off in an intermediate chase to gain more experience before hopefully continuing to the top of the chasing ladder!
